A+ plus! We are very satisfied with the professional work that Lopez Stucco did for our home repairing the cracks in our stucco. We thought we had to paint the house after this work would be done. To our surprise and their professional skill they match the paint perfectly. We did not have to paint the house, saving us lots of money. We could not tell they were even there after they finish. They did a stucco repair on my house and they matched my existing texture perfectly . They showed up when they said they would and completed the job quickly. Do not hire them if you care about your house. We agreed on the price before the start. He was asking for more money every single day for no valid reason and it started  after the first little wall on the side of garage was covered with stucco, when my wife stepped outside and said it looks nice. I told him that and he said:" if wife is happy, can you give me more money"? He could not place straight  bead around the window/door opening if his life depends on it. I had to babysit and install beads myself. I've spent more than a week working with him every day to make sure work is being done. Every morning when he did show up to work, him and his employee would sit outside in his truck for about 30 minutes until they finish half of 12 pack beer that is usually finished by lunch time when he'd go to buy more beer.  Quality of stucco itself is substandard. Mixture ratio of cement is not consistent and some areas are softer than others. Everything is wavy and full of cracks and finish is not smooth as it was supposed to be per our agreement.Throwel marks can be seen everywhere.  He left the job before it was completed and left the mess around the house,  many beer cans, bead remnants and mortar was spilled everywhere including front yard where they mixed it. I had to spend another 2 weeks before the paint to finish stucco in areas where he did not, fix the cracks and partially fix surface imperfections.
